Website integrations that keep teams connected

Website Integrations with CRM, ERP & API: we connect the website to the systems that continue the work after a click: CRM, ERP, telephony, email, payment services, delivery, analytics and custom APIs.

Which system holds the authoritative record?

FOR THE CUSTOMER

A clear confirmation that their request or order was received.

FOR THE BUSINESS

A record with source, subject, responsible person and delivery status.

WHAT WE DESIGN

Define the exchange before connecting tools

An API is only one part of the job. Field meaning and exception handling decide whether the connection can be trusted.

Record mapping

Agree identifiers, fields, consent and which system may change each value.

Operational routing

Send the request to the right team and make the response status visible.

Failure recovery

Plan logs, retries, duplicate prevention and a manual fallback.

IN OPERATION

A failed webhook is a business event

Test delayed delivery, bad data and a disconnected service before a live customer encounters them.

KEY DECISION

Connect only what the process requires

CRM, ERP, 1C, payment, telephony, email, WhatsApp and analytics are assessed against actual access, provider limits and the agreed scope.
Industries

Match the integration to the transaction

The systems that matter vary by business: CRM, ERP, telephony, payments, delivery or analytics. We connect only the data flows that support the actual operating process.

BEFORE WE START

Data ownership, outages and testing

Which system is the source of truth?

Choose an owner for each record: orders, customers, prices and stock may live in different systems. Without this decision, two-way synchronisation can overwrite correct data.

What should happen when an API is unavailable?

Decide whether to queue, retry or stop the action. Record failed events with clear identifiers and let staff see what still needs processing instead of silently dropping leads or orders.

How do you check that an integration works?

Test duplicates, delayed responses, missing fields and cancellations, not just the ideal transaction. Monitor the connection after launch because APIs and business rules change.

RETRIES AND DUPLICATES ARE NORMAL

Treat retries and duplicate events as normal

A successful demo is not enough to prove an integration works. We decide which system owns each field, how repeated webhooks are handled and who sees failures. Test delayed responses, rejected requests and accidental duplicate submissions. An integration is ready when staff can identify an error and recover without editing the database by hand.

DATA AND RELIABILITY

Which systems should exchange information?

Tell us which systems exchange data, what event starts the transfer and what must happen when it fails. We will map the integration before touching the API.
