Online stores built for every order

E-commerce Website Development in Armenia: from catalogue structure and product choice to checkout, payment, fulfilment and repeat purchase — we design the store as one operating system, not just a storefront.

What happens when payment succeeds but stock has changed?

FOR THE CUSTOMER

Products that are easy to compare, with clear payment and delivery terms.

FOR THE BUSINESS

An order with the right SKU, amount, status and fulfilment responsibility.

WHAT WE DESIGN

Design around a real order

A normal purchase is not enough to test a store. Returns and failed payments expose the operating model.

Product data

Define variants, price ownership and the source of inventory before importing a catalogue.

Market conditions

Confirm the actual payment, tax, delivery and customer-notice paths for each market.

Order handling

Document status changes, exceptions and the exchange with other systems.

IN OPERATION

The difficult order belongs in the test plan

We follow a partial-stock order, a failed payment and a cancellation through the people and systems involved.

KEY DECISION

Platform fit is an operating decision

Compare WooCommerce, OpenCart, PrestaShop and Magento Open Source against catalogue rules, market conditions, maintenance and hosting requirements.
Industries

The buying process changes by industry

Fashion, spare parts, food and B2B catalogues create different comparison, delivery and checkout needs. We design the buying journey around the product and operating model.

BEFORE WE START

Before your first customer places an order

What do you need before accepting the first order?

Reliable product information, pricing, delivery areas, returns terms and a working payment path. Also define who receives the order, confirms stock and tells the buyer about delays.

Should stock be displayed in real time?

Only if your data source and synchronisation are reliable. Where inventory is updated manually, show a clear availability rule or confirmation step rather than claiming that stock is live.

How do you avoid losing orders between systems?

Give each order a stable identifier, log payment and status changes, and define what staff should do with duplicates, failed notifications and partial refunds.

DEFINE THE ORDER AFTER PAYMENT

Specify what happens after checkout

The customer sees a product and a checkout. The team behind the store handles stock reservation, payment status, delivery, cancellation and returns. We draw that process before choosing modules. Test paid, declined, interrupted and duplicate payment scenarios; confirm which system holds the authoritative order status. Only then can the store be called ready to sell.

STOCK, PAYMENT, DELIVERY

What happens after a customer clicks “Buy”?

Tell us what you sell, how orders are paid and delivered, where stock is managed and what the team does after checkout. We will map the store from that process.
